Ellie nudged him back, watching the scene playing ahead of them as she struggled to keep a straight face.

"Too bad your mother didn't swallow," Leia retorted, crossing her arms as the last gun powered down.

"Swallow through her vagina?" Ace questioned, finally resting as he returned to his physical form. "Sorry to break it to you, but babies aren't made with a blowjob." He called, walking toward the line. Ellis slipped out of the wall, tailing Ace with a curious expression, only catching Ace's last line.

Dylan withheld his laugh, and to further keep himself from laughing he turned to the side and put his chin on Ellie's shoulder, and then buried his face into her shirt, a small laugh escaping. He removed his head from her, and sighed, rubbing his eyes. For the first time that morning he removed his hand from hers, only to raise it and drape it around her shoulder.

"Bet she wished it was the other way around, seeing how you turned out," Leia muttered, looking over to Dylan and Ellie. "Alright, I'm going to split you guys into different duos and every ten minutes you are going to switch. I'll keep log how quick the threat was eliminated and how well you worked together. Ace and Ellis did decent, but are obviously not the best suitable for each other. Break into groups of two, but this is your only chance to choose your team member, the rest will be separated by me. Each threat is different, so keep sharp. I'll be up there, safe word if ya need one is Pickle. Yes I know, it's weird. Shuddup."

Leia left the Danger Room, heading up to the observatory area and started to set up different scenarios. Max looked around, not quite sure how this was supposed to work for her. Delilah looked to Ellis, making her way to him.

"Gee, who woulda' thought we weren't a fit!" Ace called after Leia, keeping his placement on the floor. He hardly knew the majority of his teammates, so he wasn't picky.

Trent landed outside of the mansion, near the fountain, with a thud. Letting go of Felicity's waist. His face masked popped up as he looked at the large mansion in front of them. Images flashed before him of their battle here, team against team. The Avengers had won in the end, leaving their contact with the school zero to none. They did however, have a truce between the two teams, cutting out any future fights. He pressed his wrist, where his watch would be underneath the suit, and stepped out of the back. "Stay in the area, we don't know what we could be walking into." He said, aloud to Jarvis. "As you wish sir." He replied, the back of the suit closing up, and the head nodding as it blasted off into the sky. "Ready?" He asked, turning to Felicity.

Felicity shrugged and tried to fix her out of place hair. "I suppose."

"Then let's do it." He grinned, walking up to the large front doors, and using the knocker. He knocked multiple times, the large bronze piece clunking against the wooden door each time. "And now, we wait." He said, crossing his arms across his chest and shrugging.

Midnight walked to the door, opening it. "Trent, right?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at the new girl. "What brings you two here?"

"Just checking up on things, heard about the thing happening with the MRD." Trent said, recognizing Midnight from years before. "Mind if we come in? Pretty chilly out here." He said, turning and moving to the side to show that it was starting to snow slightly.

"That thing with the MRD was a while ago, it took you this long to come over?" Midnight questioned, not moving to let them in.

Artemis had taken a break from his apartment search, wandering the mansion, curiously looking around. It'd been years since he last visited the campus after all, though not much had changed in the building. He eventually made his way downstairs, to the door, stopping once he saw Midnight and the two others. He stood just beside Midnight now, a brow raised. "Can I get through?"

"Oh uh, yeah sure," Midnight muttered, stepping aside to let Artemis through. With a moment's though, she stayed aside to let Trent and the new Avenger girl in. Felicity walked in gratefully, whistling at the site.

Trent stepped in, turning to look behind him as Artemis left. Surprised he was still here. "We didn't want to get involved with anything, so we stayed behind until we were sure there was no more trouble. We would have come to help if anything serious had happened, however." Trent said, lying slightly to get out of the awkward moment in the conversation.

"I'm not back, Trent." He called, feeling an odd compulsion to clarify after reading his thoughts, momentarily. Out of curiosity, of course. He walked down the path, toward the fountain center-piece.

"He hates us if not detests us," Midnight muttered, closing the door so cold air wouldn't get in. "Why even bother come, though? We can handle our own problems."

Trent turned around at Artemis's comment. A raised eyebrow and confused expression was all that he could muster from that. "Early morning booty call then?" He suggested as to why Artemis was here, jokingly as he awkwardly laughed afterward. "Spur of the moment thing, Midnight." Trent said, looking around the main foyer. "That, as well as this morning a student of yours, I'm guessing, basically scared the fuck out of me." He said, looking around and trying to spot her face, but to no avail. "Nikolina Maximoff."

"She's new here. Just joined, really. Anyone else noticing the growth in the Maximoff population lately?" Midnight asked the last part sarcastically, leading them to the kitchen so they could sit down.

"Looks like Ken finally got some then." Trent said as he entered the kitchen. Images of the past flashing before him. Jacob, Chris and him all standing in here with Cadmus, discussing something right before the fighting took place." He shook his head, closing his eyes as he sat down. He rubbed them before opening them again. "How are things around here? Good? Quiet?"

"Busy," Midnight answered, grabbing a pot of coffee. "We're teaching the students instead of sending them to Bayville High, which is nicer. Puts a bit of stress on us adults, though. All of us teaching so many classes... it gets a bit difficult in the beginning," she handed Trent and Felicity cups of coffee, Felicity declining. "And I... well, I know one is from an alternate reality. That's a story for later... the other... I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I just know Ken isn't the reason."

Nikol had walked into the room, with the goal of taking a water bottle for her next couple classes. However, she stopped when she saw Trent and furrowed her eyebrows, "Richie Rich?" She asked.

"Well." Trent said, taking a small sip of the coffee. "I could always-" He began, but turned when he heard Nikol. "Nikolina Konstantinova Maximoff." He grinned, standing up from the chair. He was really good with names, even oddly large ones. "Coincidence seeing you here, huh?" He joked.

Nikol rolled her eyes, "I'm sure of it," She retorted, crossing her arms, "Aren't we, like, your eternal enemies, or something?" Nikol eyed the specious man, whom she met earlier but doubted he would follow her to here.

"She goes here you dumbass," Leia said loudly, walking in after the Maximoff. She grabbed a poptart, popping it in the toaster. "And not entirely. They're just a huge annoyance."
